Tuesdays/Thursdays 5:45-6:30pm in the weight room
ABOUT Bridge Athletic at Acalanes:
Through our partnership with Acalanes Boosters, every student at Acalanes can receive training via the BridgeAthletic platform. Training is delivered through native iOS, Android, & tablet apps so athletes can access it on any mobile device. With HD videos to teach proper form, each exercise comes with assigned weight, reps, & other parameters that can be quickly be updated while training. Cloud-based tracking provides instant results while the program re-calibrates to keep athletes challenged without hitting plateaus. There are 3 key components to this program:
Coaches can sign their teams up for sport-specific training during their pre-season and in- season periods
Individual athletes, not already working with teams, can sign up to receive their own training plan
A certified strength coach will be available during after school hours so athletes can perform their training with proper guidance
How To Get Started Individual Athletes
If your team is not signed up for a Bridge team-specific training plan, you can get access as an individual. Training programs will run from late August through the end of the Fall Season.
Fill in the individual athlete form so Bridge can gather information to design your plan. Please find the form on the BridgeAthletic + Acalanes boosters website.
In 1-2 weeks, you will be assigned to a beginner, intermediate or advanced level training plan. You will receive an email from BridgeAthletic helping you register, download the app and get access to your training plan.
Complete your training through the app and attend open hours sessions after school. The training will advance as you log your workouts. If you ever have questions you can contact your Strength Coach during open hours or Bridge at email@example.com

As part of the Strength program for Acalanes athletes, there will be a certified professional strength coach on campus during after school hours.
